How long does it take to get my painting?
For the stock paintings, we will deliver your paintings within one business day. For the made-to-order paintings, it will take about 14 to 21 days to paint your painting. The needed time depends on the complexity of the oil paintings. We ship your paintings via DHL, FedEx or EMS, which will take about 5 to 7 days to deliver your painting to your address.
What do I pay for shipping?
For normal orders, shipping is free to anywhere in the world. If you are a wholesale customer, we have some different options if you wish to buy in bulk.
What's your packing for the paintings?
The unframed painting will be covered in light plastic layer and then rolled in a very durable carton tube for protection. The framed painting will be packed in sturdy carton box on delivery. Please leave an exact street address with contact phone number for delivering. We do not ship to PO Boxes. FULL TRACKING IS AVAILABLE. We will email you the tracking number when the paintings are delivered. You will receive the oil painting within 5 to 7 business days after delivery.
What if my painting is damaged during shipping?
The chance that your purchase will arrive damaged is very low, as we use special packing materials for safe and careful transportation to ensure secure delivery. All of your paintings are insured. Please open the package in front of the courier. If the painting is damaged or lost during delivery, please inform the courier immediately and contact us, so the courier can process the complaint and we will paint a new one for you.
Since shipping is free, does that cover customs or taxes?
As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility. However, it has been our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive untaxed.
Can I see the painting before shipping?
Yes, if request by you during check out, we will send a photo-picture of your painting via email for your approval before shipping. You can look at the image and ask for revisions or approve the painting for shipping. PLEASE remember that photos do not accurately portray the painting. Our customers are nearly always much more pleased with the painting than they expected to be from viewing the photos. You can also examine the quality of our work on our SAMPLE page before purchase.
